Toyota Motor Corporation Australia held its annual Northern Region Dealer of the Year Awards Night on March 18th, 2017 at the Royal International Convention Centre in Brisbane.
Hosted by Toyota’s very own Zoe (Lydia Sarks), the evening was another fantastic event on our annual calendar.
The awards night is a chance to recognise the commitment and contribution of our staff from various areas of the business.
The management team would like to thank all of our staff for their contributions to our 2016 year, which was another standout year for our business.
Some highlights from our evening included the following achievements:
Longevity Award – 15 Years of Service
The Longevity Awards acknowledge those dealers who have reached important milestones in their years of service with Toyota. These Awards celebrate the continuing relationship and reflect Toyota’s gratitude for their long term commitment to service and the franchise.
Bronze Brand and Guest Experience Excellence Award
This award recognises those Dealerships who contribute to enhancing the Toyota brand in their market, whilst consistently meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations. The Brand and Guest Experience Award criteria are designed to reflect a Superior Experience across all Toyota touch points, ensuring we always deliver on the ‘Oh What a Feeling!’ promise.
Bronze Toyota Access Excellence Award
This award recognises those Dealerships who achieve outstanding results with Toyota Financial Services Products – Toyota Access.
Guest Experience Masters Top 20
The Guest Experience Masters program aims to celebrate the achievements of the 20 top performing Guest Experience Managers nationwide, who have excelled in contributing to an outstanding guest experience in their dealership.
