Our Business Development Centre (BDC) looks after all of the inbound and outbound communications for the service department. The team is responsible for booking our guests in for their appointments, and providing assistance via phone and email for all service related queries.
The BDC also helps look after our database. In an age where the intelligent use of information fosters growth, one of our biggest assets is our database. Keeping the quality and integrity of our database to the highest standard is one of our biggest priorities. Your attention to detail and drive for excellence should be second to none.
